We welcome visitors with disabilities and we have a wide range of facilities and arrangements in place to ensure our visitors can enjoy the show.
A word or pdf version of our access information is available on request. Please email [email protected]
We strive to ensure that the 11Arches site is accessible to all Visitors.
Our main visitor path is DDA compliant with a natural fine stone surface. Some areas have grass or stone surfaces and wheelchair users may require the help of a Personal Assistant to access these.
The main visitor path is 450 meters from the Welcome Plaza to the Tribune.
The site has a number of park benches, providing seating for those who may need it. Also the Tribune opens one hour before the start of each performance should you wish to take your seats early. You are welcome to get in and out of the Tribune as many times as you wish before the performance starts.
If walking presents difficulty, please do not worry! You are welcome to use your own pushchairs, wheelchairs and walking aids; pushchairs and walking aids can be left safely and free-of-charge at the side of the Tribune during the performance.
These are located at the Welcome Plaza, immediately adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park, and directly behind the Tribune.
All our food outlets have large print menus available on request - just ask a member of staff who will be happy to assist.
Visitors with disabilities, who meet our qualifying criteria, and may not be able to attend the show unaccompanied or require a wheelchair space, are entitled to one complimentary Personal Assistant ticket at no additional cost.
The booking process is as follows:
For our visitors who are wheelchair users there is space reserved just in front of row A at surface level, with a seat in row A just behind for their Personal Assistant.
All wheelchair users must remain in their wheelchairs for the duration of the show and cannot transfer to a regular seat -this is a requirement in case of an evacuation. As a result, all wheelchair users must be accompanied by a Personal Assistant who is entitled to an admission ticket at no additional cost. Other visitors in the same party will be seated as close as possible, subject to availability, in rows behind.
You can only book tickets in the Wheelchair block on the phone by calling our Booking Hotline on 0333 300 3028 (additional charges may apply). You will not incur a phone booking administration fee if you call to book tickets that include a wheelchair user.
Once you have purchased these tickets, we kindly ask that you download the Access Confirmation Form and follow the steps to confirm your eligibility for the Personal Assistant ticket within 48 hours of your booking;
Please note: failure to complete and return the form within 48 hours of your booking will result in your order being cancelled.
Please note that Personal Assistants must be physically able to undertake all access requirements on behalf of their companion. This includes helping their companion on the visitor path, which is 450 meters from the Welcome Plaza to the Tribune, and with evacuation in case of an emergency.
If your party does not include a wheelchair user, the booking of a Personal Assistant ticket for visitors with disabilities, who meet our qualifying criteria, and may not be able to attend the show unaccompanied, is now completely done online, and we invite you to follow these simple steps:
Go on our website, click BOOK tickets.

If you are a blue badge holder, you can book a space in the Blue Badge Car Park A alongside your show tickets. This can be done online or on our Booking Hotline.
Our Blue Badge Car Park A is located on our site, adjacent to the Welcome Plaza. There is a 350-meter walk on the visitor path from the Blue Badge Car park/Welcome Plaza to the Tribune
To access this car park on the day of your chosen performance, all Visitors will be asked by the parking attendants to produce and display their pre-booked parking voucher and a valid Blue Badge permit.
Please note that we have two different options within Car Park A:
Car park A1 is for Blue Badge Holders.
Car Park A2 is ONLY for Blue Badge Holders who have booked Kynren tickets in the wheelchair section.
For Visitors with limited mobility, we have introduced the option to choose your seats in the Tribune on the online booking system. This allows you to opt for seats lower down or at the level of your choice, subject to availability.
Your car parking voucher can be booked online too, including spaces in the Blue Badge parking if you are a holder of a Blue Badge permit.
For our visitors with limited mobility who are not holders of a Blue Badge, we recommend you book a park & ride ticket from one of our other car parks. You will be dropped off on our site at the Bus drop off/pick up point which is directly in front of the Welcome Plaza.
