What is happening with my tickets or my voucher for 2020?

Your tickets or vouchers are being converted to a credit on your account for the full price you paid on tickets/voucher, food, parking and shuttle buses (excluding booking fees).

What can I spend my credit on?

Your credit can be spent on any combination for any event by Eleven Arches, subject to availability.

This means you can book for Kynren & 11Arches Park or our Pyromusical; you can choose any date, any seat category, any product (ticket, parking, shuttle or dining options) and for as many people in your party.

What if my basket is more expensive than the credit?

Do not worry, you can pay the balance by card. So you truly have a choice to build your future experience when you are ready to do so.

How long will the credit be valid for?

Great news, we have decided to give you not just 12 months but actually 24 months to rebook with us.

We welcome many visitors from outside the region, so we recognise not everyone will want to or be able to attend the event next year and will need time to consult with other members of their party and look at travel plans; so to give you piece of mind that you won’t lose your money, we are offering you the ability to convert this credit into tickets by 15th July 2022, allowing you to book in time for our 2021 OR our 2022 Summer season.

Do I need to do anything to receive my credit?

Your 2020 booking is all you need to be eligible for this credit.

You will shortly be receiving an email confirming this has been completed, and at that time you can see your credit on your account; please allow for a week or two for us to process everything.

When you receive the email, please note it will state ‘Refund to account’. Your credit can then be accessed through your Online Kynren Account and will be available for you to use immediately.

Where can I view/access my credit ?

Your credit can be viewed and accessed through your Online Kynren Account. Once logged in, go to the ‘Account Credit’.

Can I rebook tickets for next season soon to secure my preferred seats?

Yes! We know some of you will want to rebook the same seats you chose for next year. You will be able to do this through our Priority Booking Access which will be issued to you before we go live to the general public. We expect tickets for 2021 to be released in the early autumn 2020.

Can I change my mind once I have converted my credit into tickets?

Once booked, if for whatever reason you want to exchange your tickets once booked (change seats, change the date you attend, adding people to your party), we will waive our administration exchange fee of £5 per ticket for one change across your booking as long as the amendment is performed before 1st July 2021, subject to availability. After this date, normal exchange fees apply to your booking.

I am willing to support your production and the amazing work you do in the community. How can I help?

I am not able to accept your credit offer, what are my options? 

We do appreciate it’s a difficult time for businesses and individuals across the country. If you are not able to support our production at this time, please email [email protected] to request a refund.

I have a voucher for Kynren 2020 that is due to expire in September, do I need to do anything?

No, your existing voucher and associated code is still active and we have now extended the expiry date to 15th July 2022, allowing you plenty of time to use it. Vouchers can be redeemed as usual, by calling the phone number stated on the voucher when our 2021 or 2022 tickets have been released or by inserting the voucher code at the point of purchase online.
