A 25-minute Pyromusical live from Bishop Auckland
Join us for an evening of first class entertainment for all the family!
Due to the anticipated popularity of this event, seats will be sold and allocated on a “first come first served” basis with the best available seat across the entire 8,000-seater Tribune.
As with other town events there are no dedicated car parks in operation on the night of the Pyromusical.
Please park appropriately in the town, and walk or book our shuttle service to our site. We kindly ask you to be considerate of our community’s tranquility and safety and NOT fly park. A limited number of spaces are available in our disabled car park on site, see Accessibility Section for details.
A Shuttle Bus service will be available from Bishop Auckland Bus Station to our site, priced at £2.00 per person for a return journey, subject to availability. Shuttle tickets can only be purchased at the time of booking the event tickets for the pyromusical. Please select the ticket type which includes shuttle bus from the drop down menu on the ticket selection page.
As we continue to navigate government guidance which impact upon our operational requirements we advise that it is your responsibility to check the webiste up to the day of your visit to ensure you have the most up to date times. We will also email the account holder with a confirmation of schedule and any further information which you need ahead of your visit.
Locally sourced food and beverage are available at our Food Court from 4pm until 6.45pm and from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Full details of the offer will be provided shortly.
We suggest that you park in town and walk to the event. Why not enjoy dinner in Bishop Auckland after the show? There are lots of lovely restaurants to be enjoyed.
The town is within walking distance of our show site (0.8 mile). From our venue entrance to our Ticket check, there are 500m on a gently sloped path, but bear in mind the walk back at the end of the evening is uphill.

The Tribune (our seating area) is comprised of 41 rows of standard raked seats, with shallow steps leading to the different sections.
The site has a number of park benches; also the Tribune will open when gates open at 4pm, should you wish to take your seats early. You are welcome to get in and out of the Tribune as many times as you wish before the performance starts.
There are are toilet facilities (including baby changing and disabled toilets) on site.
Guests who may not be able to attend the show unaccompanied, or who require a wheelchair space are entitled to one personal assistant ticket at no additional cost.

All wheelchair users must be accompanied by a personal assistant, who is eligible for a complimentary admission ticket to sit close to you, on the front row. Tickets for wheelchair users and their parties can only be booked online using this separate link.
For our other guests needing a personal assistant ticket, you can reserve your seats using the general booking system for you and your personal assistant. However you will need to send supporting evidence of your eligibility for a personal assistant complimentary ticket to confirm your booking and avoid your reservation being cancelled and refunded. Please read carefully all details on the Access Confirmation Form here before you book, to check you are eligible and in a position to confirm your booking.
Please note that personal assistants must be able to undertake all access requirements on behalf of their companion. This includes helping their companion down the visitor path, around site and with evacuation of the site if required.
