We welcome visitors with disabilities and we have a wide range of facilities and arrangements in place to ensure all visitors can enjoy Pyromusical "Around the World".
We strive to ensure that the 11Arches site are accessible to all guests. Our main visitor path is DDA compliant with a natural fine stone surface.
11Arches is situated in an open natural parkland and it should be noted that some surfaces are grass or stone; wheelchair users may require the help of a Personal Assistant to access these areas.
All our food outlets have large print menus available on request - just ask a member of staff who will be happy to assist.
A Word or PDF version of our access information is available on request. Please email [email protected] to request your copy.
Guests who may not be able to attend the show unaccompanied are entitled to one personal assistant ticket at no additional cost.
For our guests needing a personal assistant ticket, you can reserve your seats using the general booking system for you and your personal assistant. However you will need to send supporting evidence of your eligibility for a personal assistant complimentary ticket to confirm your booking and avoid your reservation being cancelled and refunded. Please read carefully all details on the Access Confirmation Form here before you book, to check you are eligible and in a position to confirm your booking.
Please note that Personal Assistants must be physically able to undertake all access requirements on behalf of their companion. This includes helping their companion on the visitor path, which is 450 metres from the Blue Badge Car Park to the Tribune, and with evacuation in case of an emergency.
Guests who require a wheelchair space are entitled to one personal assistant ticket at no additional cost.
For our guests who are wheelchair users: there are spaces reserved along the front row at surface level for wheelchair users (tickets require the ticket holder to remain in their wheelchair throughout the performance) and on the front row for their personal assistants. All wheelchair users must be accompanied by a personal assistant, who is eligible for a complimentary admission ticket to sit close to you, on the front row. Tickets for wheelchair users and their parties can only be booked online using this separate link.
Blue Badge holders can book into the Blue Badge Car Park A subject to availability. Guests who park here need to be able to travel 450 metres down a DDA compliant footpath to take their seats. Those who don’t have a Blue Badge but are concerned about mobility are advised to book a ‘park and ride’ package to be announced in the coming weeks.
All of the shuttle buses have space for one wheelchair and any walking aids are welcome. Our shuttle bus drop off is adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park where guests need to travel the 450 metres to the seating area. Shuttle services will be announced in April.
We recommend that guests with disabilities that require a taxi to drop them off or pick them up should pre-book a space in our Blue Badge Car Park as, for security reasons, the site does not have a taxi waiting area. In order to book a space, guests should be a Blue Badge holder or meet the qualifying criteria for a Personal Assistant ticket.
The site has a limited number of park benches, however some food options have seated facilities. Also the Tribune opens one hour before the start of each performance should you wish to take your seats early. You are welcome to get in and out of the Tribune as many times as you wish before the performance starts.
These are located at the Welcome Plaza, immediately adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park, and directly behind the Tribune.
Assistance dogs are welcome and can certainly be accommodated, but please let our team know in advance by emailing [email protected]
