We welcome visitors with disabilities and we have a wide range of facilities and arrangements in place to ensure all visitors can enjoy 11Arches Park and Kynren performance.

We strive to ensure that 11Arches Park and Kynren site are accessible to all guests. Our main visitor path is DDA compliant with a natural fine stone surface.

11Arches Park and Kynren are situated in an open natural parkland and it should be noted that some of our attractions have grass or stone surfaces; wheelchair users may require the help of a Personal Assistant to access these areas.

All our food outlets have large print menus available on request - just ask a member of staff who will be happy to assist.

A Word or PDF version of our access information is available on request. Please email [email protected] to request your copy.

Personal Assistant Tickets

Guests with disabilities who meet our qualifying criteria and may not be able to attend the show unaccompanied or require a wheelchair space, are entitled to one Personal Assistant ticket at no additional cost. These may be requested, with details of the qualifying criteria, by downloading an Access Requirement Form here. Alternatively, you may request an Access Requirement Form by emailing [email protected]

Please note that Personal Assistants must be physically able to undertake all access requirements on behalf of their companion. This includes helping their companion on the visitor path, which is 450 metres from the Blue Badge Car Park to the Tribune, and with evacuation in case of an emergency.

Wheelchair Users

All wheelchair users must be accompanied by a Personal Assistant. For our guests who are wheelchair users there is space reserved just in front of row A at surface level, with a seat in row A just behind for their Personal Assistant. Other guests in the same party will be seated as close as possible, subject to availability, in rows behind.

Please call +44(0)1388 436033  (calls charged at local rates) to book seats in this reserved area. No booking fee applies for tickets booked in the wheelchair user reserved area.

For guests with limited mobility, we have introduced the option to request seats in the Tribune on the online booking system. Your car parking voucher can be booked online too, including spaces in the Blue Badge parking if you are a holder of a Blue Badge permit.

Parking and Taxi Drop Offs for Blue Badge Holders

Blue Badge holders can book into the Blue Badge Car Park A subject to availability. Guests who park here need to be able to travel 450 metres down a DDA compliant footpath to take their seats. Those who don’t have a Blue Badge but are concerned about mobility are advised to book a ‘park and ride’ package to be announced in the coming weeks.

All of the shuttle buses have space for one wheelchair and any walking aids are welcome. Our shuttle bus drop off is adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park where guests need to travel the 450 metres to the seating area. Shuttle services will be announced in April.

We recommend that guests with disabilities that require a taxi to drop them off or pick them up should pre-book a space in our Blue Badge Car Park as, for security reasons, the site does not have a taxi waiting area. In order to book a space, guests should be a Blue Badge holder or meet the qualifying criteria for a Personal Assistant ticket.

Low Mobility

The site has a limited number of park benches, however some food options have seated facilities. Also the Tribune opens one hour before the start of each performance should you wish to take your seats early. You are welcome to get in and out of the Tribune as many times as you wish before the performance starts.

Disabled Toilets

These are located at the Welcome Plaza, immediately adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park, and directly behind the Tribune.

Guide Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome and can certainly be accommodated, but please let our team know in advance by emailing [email protected]
