Facilities

11Arches

11Arches is on beautifully landscaped grounds, nestled at the bottom of the escarpment on which Auckland Castle proudly sits.

The Tribune

This is our seating area for Kynren, Fina and the Golden Cape and the Pyromusical.

The Tribune is comprised of 41 rows of standard raked seats, with shallow steps leading to the different sections. We have two types of seats:

• Padded seats with back rests and more space between the seats for greater comfort. These VIP seats are located in the very centre of the Tribune.

• All other seats are standard plastic, raked stadium-style seating with a backrest.

All seats have unobstructed views of the panoramic stage. Just like in a cinema, the location of your seat gives you a different angle to the show, and some seats have a different comfort. Yet the show is the same for all!

F&B and retail

Please note that there are specific F&B and retail arrangements for each show. Please familiarise yourselves with specifics in the individual shows’ menus on our website as information becomes available.

We have a number of retail and food outlets across the site, some of which will be newly operating in 2022. As the hospitality sector recovers from the pandemic, we will be announcing our Food & Beverage plans for 2022 as fast as we can for each of our shows. We thank you for our patience.

Cash points

There are no cash point facilities onsite.

Dedicated Area for Smoking and Vaping

We have one designated smoking area, this is clearly sign-posted. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited elsewhere on site.

Footpaths

We strive to ensure that the site is enjoyable for all Visitors to 11Arches shows. Our main visitor paths are DDA-compliant with a natural, fine stone surface. Some areas have grass or stone surfaces and wheelchair users may require the help of a Personal Assistant to access these areas.

Toilets

There are plenty of award-winning toilet facilities around the site in order to keep queues to a minimum. Baby changing facilities are also available in some washrooms. Disabled toilets are located at the Welcome Plaza, immediately adjacent to the Blue Badge Car Park A, and directly behind the Tribune.
