Booking Fees and Charges

Online

All Kynren tickets incur a £1 booking fee per ticket.

Pyromusical tickets are free to book online.

Phone

An administration fee of £3.50 per ticket will apply to all tickets over the phone, except for Kynren parties that include wheelchair ticket(s).

Kynren parties that include wheelchair ticket(s) will not incur any administration fee, but will include a £1 booking fee.

Booking Amendments

Exchanges can be made up to 14 days prior to your visit, subject to an administration charge and subject to availability:

1. Changes to tickets for a show 60 days away or more, incur a £5.00 administration charge per booking 
2. Changes to tickets for a show more than 2 weeks away but less than 60 days away, incur a £5.00 administration charge per ticket

Group Bookings

An administration fee of £5.00 per transaction will apply to any order of 10 or more tickets.

A deposit of £10 per ticket is required for all Kynren Group bookings of 20 tickets or more.
